Factoring Operations Specialist with Spanish

About role: 

In this position, you will focus on managing the execution of contracts by gathering and communicating information, documenting, verifying and settling orders, monitoring payments and credit limits, and increasing sales of factoring services by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

• Invoice and Payment Oversight 
• Debt Collection Reporting 
• Ensuring Financial Liquidity 
• Factoring Services Sales 

Our requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the English and Spanish
• Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office
• Strong customer focused and excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to organize work 
• Punctuality and a high level of work culture
• Availability to work in evening hours: 2PM - 11PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
