O2C Systems Product Owner

Job purpose:

You will be responsible for the global system or system functionalities in O2C area. You will be also responsible for improving systems and related processes to enable local accounting teams to provide highly efficient transactional services.

Your challenges:

• Proactively seeking the best solutions in O2C area for Finance in AmRest Group,
• Working closely with vendors to deliver a smooth and high quality solution,
• Identifying "non-negotiable" local process and system requirements, as well as existing workarounds, “bottlenecks” and non-value-added parts of the process,
• Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing the system and cooperate of other Systems Owners which require integration,
• Leading and coordinating the process of detailed analysis of complex business process requirements (with local Finance Teams),
• Monitoring and executing the proper use of the system by end users and providing them with trainings,
• Monitoring and executing from vendor systems KPIs,
• Working as a liaison between business functions and the technical team/external company.

Your skills & experience:

• 4+ years of experience in the O2C area in a senior & international role,
• Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and O2C processes,
• Fluent English,
• Experience as a SAP user,
• A go-getter mindset that allows driving transformation,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively,
• Responsibility and ability to execute actions,
• Lean & Six-Sigma project experience will be an asset.
