Corporate Operations Specialist

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office.

What the day will look like

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with Aon colleagues in different departments on global projects.
• Learn functionality of the internal entity management tool, keep the system information up to date and act as data steward.
• Collect corporate data in collaboration with local teams for Aon entities around the world.
• Prepare entity information reports to meet governance requirements.
• Identify and report system inconsistencies for corporate data.
• Work closely with the entity system SMEs.
• Carry out daily tasks under minimal supervision.
• Support training efforts related to the implementation of the entity management tool.
• Assist the team in managing requests to the corporate mailbox.
• Create organisational charts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks and projects.

This role is slightly unique within Aon and the wider finance / consultancy work as Aon provides you a chance to work on a global scale, with the support and guidance of a local manager and a highly experienced team in the legal and compliance group.

Your stakeholders are all internal and are within the finance, accounting, treasury, business and legal & compliance teams and you have the opportunity to built worldwide relationships to help to improve our data system and its capabilities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

1. Experience in data management systems and Microsoft Excel to handle large data-sets as well as be willing to learn new software to the point of becoming a superuser of the entity management system.
2. Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
4. The suitable candidate for the role should be detail-oriented and trained in a legal, tax or financial environment.
5. Ability to focus on accuracy and timeliness.
6. Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects.
