Do you have excellent computer skills and are familiar with social media?

Your tasks 

  • Supporting customers of a well-known social media brand 
  • Answering emails and chat inquiries in French


Our requirements ☀️ 

  • Upper intermediate French skills (min. B2) 
  • Intermediate English skills (min. B1) 
  • Availability for 7 days of implementation training on site in Poznań 
  • Available for a minimum 140 hours and 2 weekends per month      
  • Excellent computer skills (including speed typing) 


What we offer 🤑 

  • Fully paid implementation training 
  • Contract of mandate for an indefinite period of time 
  • Hybrid work (after the training period) 
  • Hourly rate of 40 PLN gross/hour 
  • Schedule from Monday to Sunday from between 9AM and 5PM
  • Modern office in the center of Poznań with cool rooftop view! (Maraton Office, Królowej Jadwigi 43, Poznań)

Recruitment process 

  1. Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better! 
  2. English and German verification – spoken and written  
  3. Online interview with recruitment representative and Team Manager – during the meeting we’ll ask you some questions, take a speed typing test and tell you more about how the project works on a daily basis. 
  4. You will receive a call within 2 days after the interview – we contact candidates regardless of the final decision.
