    Inside Sales Representative with German, French or Dutch and English

     

    Wrocław, Poland (on-site)

     

    Aptean is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Wrocław. This role focuses on re-engaging dormant accounts and uncovering new opportunities within our existing customer base. Your efforts will directly contribute to Aptean’s growth strategy by revitalizing inactive accounts and driving customer engagement.

     

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Proactively contact dormant accounts that have been inactive for 12 to 24 months, with the goal of reigniting their interest and exploring growth opportunities.
    • Operate on a named account basis, ensuring clear accountability and personalized account management to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Development Representatives and Account Managers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure cohesive sales strategies.
    • Ensure that customer records are updated and maintained regularly in our CRM systems, providing accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving customers to purchase better versions of previously purchased products and new offerings.

     

    Your Skills:

    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role within the IT or software industry.
    • Fluent in English and German, Dutch or French.
    • Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong results-oriented mindset.
    • Embraces change and is adaptable to new processes, ensuring a positive attitude towards evolving company strategies.
    • Highly organized with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
    • Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
