Join our dynamic team as a Manager and take your leadership skills to the next level! We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering results. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors, managing project execution and ensuring team success. 


Your Role 


  • Ensure each role in the team has the necessary skills and address any skill gaps through training or hiring. 
  • Act as a technical advisor for Scrum teams in the Cockpit SW area. 
  • Hire top-performing, motivated employees who align with company values and leadership competencies to form the team. 
  • Plan and structure the onboarding process for new team members. 
  • Provide team members with opportunities for development through assignments, mentorship, and training. 
  • Evaluate and manage employee performance, reward and promote based on contributions. 
  • Take part in periodic Talent Review Sessions to align development opportunities and secure succession. 
  • Provide input for staffing planning based on business needs, contracts, and retention risks. 
  • Stay informed of the team's work through direct involvement and performance metrics. 
  • Foster a culture of excellence and support quality through resources. 
  • Ensure team compliance with company processes and standards. 
  • Monitor the consistent use of Scrum Agile/Lean practices and tools. 
  • Manage the budget and capital planning. 


Your Background 


  • Team-oriented with a methodical approach to problem-solving 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a solid background in managing a team 
  • Technical knowledge in the related field 
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus 
  • Knowledgeable in latest Infotainment/Cockpit SW technologies 
  • Committed to ongoing projects and implementing improvements.
