Senior BI Analyst

We’re seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

Your Role

• Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Report creation: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Data visualization: Create visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders.
• Business requirements gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, and design solutions to meet those needs.
• Data architecture: Design and maintain a data architecture, including data warehousing, data integration, and data quality management.
• Data modeling: Develop and maintain data models that support business requirements and provide the foundation for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Data governance: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of the organization's data, and implement processes to manage and protect data assets.

Your Background

• University degree
• High levels of skill in information technology and familiarity with common critical business data systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Jira, Planview, etc.)
• Analytical Skills: Collecting, analyze and interpret data from different sources to generate data-driven business insights R
• Development of reports / dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qliksense
• Knowledge of programming languages / databases such as Python, SQL
• Experience with data warehouse design, data pipelines and ETL processes
• Familiarity with process analysis techniques (e.g. value stream mapping, FMEA, RCA, Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma)
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Experience in software and hardware product industries
