Junior order managment specialist

📋 Responsibilities:

• creation and coordination orders in the system,
• taking care of high quality contact with the customer (handling inquiries),
• data analysis,
• preparation of data and reports.

📊 Requirements:

• knowledge of English and German at a minimum level B2,
• minimum of one year of experience in logistics / purchasing / order management,
• university degree (or in the middle of studies),
• analytical skills,
• practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
• knowledge of Oracle/SAP will be an added advantage.
