Opis stanowiska

Launch your sales career by joining our vibrant team at ASTEK Polska as a Business Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of our specialized IT outsourcing services sales team. You will actively contribute to the implementation of our company's sales strategy and play a key role in achieving our sales targets.


This position offers a unique platform for you to develop and grow within the IT service sales industry.



Your responsibilities will comprise:

  • Identifying technological challenges of your clients.
  • Understanding the overarching goals of customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and devising relevant services.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients.
  • Overseeing the implementation of complex technical projects.
  • Managing your profit center, ensuring profitability, and exploring avenues for growth.
  • Recruiting and managing talented consultants.



Your ideal qualifications and personality:

  • You have first professional experience (IT branch preferable but not necessary).
  • A strong desire to excel in the field of IT service sales.
  • The ability to effectively achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • A sense of ownership and responsibility for their decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a willingness to embrace new challenges, and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
  • Independence and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
