AVSystem is a Polish company established in 2006 in Cracow. We design and create our own products and solutions for the Internet of Things and the telecoms industry. Currently, these are used by over 100 service providers and large companies all over the world. We are an independent software vendor and not a software house, so our primary focus is on long-term development of our own products.
What you will do:
Your focus as a graphic designer will be primarily on rethinking the ways we present our products and solutions on our website. This includes creating new product/landing pages and redesigning already existing ones. You will decide how websites look, making choices about layout, fonts, and images to create usable and aesthetically pleasing websites and bring our brand to life.
To sum up, you will:
- Work on the company's website with front-end developers and content, performance specialists.
- Receive web analytics reports for data-driven design.
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare design plans and present the website structure.
- Look after the consistency of the company's visual identity.
What we expect:
- 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer specializing in web design proved by a solid portfolio of your web projects.
- Proper understanding of the concepts of UI and UX.
- Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD/Sketch.
- Communication skills (Polish and English).
- Knowledge of the rules of composition.
- Creativity and openness.
- Prioritizing and time management skills.
A big plus:
- Knowledge of search engine optimization.
- Experience with modeling, testing, analyzing web user flows.
- Experience in website design A/B testing.
- Knowledge of Google Optimize, Hotjar.
- Attention to user behavior flows when designing.
- Knowledge of Adobe CC.
