HR Services Specialist with German

The HR Services Specialist with German solves queries which require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy interpretation. The focus lies on administrational / transactional tasks in HR functional areas and SuccessFactors modules: first, Talent and Learning, but also Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding etc. Languages required: English + German. All Key Tasks and Responsibilities are delivered on the SSC scope level.
Duties and responsibilities
- Operational excellence – Promotes efficient and effective service delivery and execution of processes within HR Services: (e.g. validated Learning administration, training administration, talent processes such as Performance, Goals, Talent and Succession Management administration; Employee Central data maintenance, recruitment and onboarding administartion) by solving complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge and/or higher degree of policy interpretation,
- Provides timely, accurate and value-adding answers to complex HR-related local or global queries from employees and business managers across the HR Services scope (Administration of Validated Learning, Talent and Development , Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding) in close alignment and collaboration with CoC and HRBPs.
- Ensures contact with CoCs to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the designated processes and policies covered,
- Supports Talent and Learning Reporting (in close alignment with SSC Global Reporting Hub),
- Delivers country-specific / business unit specific training to front Office,
- Shares information with relevant colleagues (e.g. Front Office, Teamlead)
- Interprets policy and solves problems,
- Works closely with CoCs on HR services and HR digitalization projects and supports the execution of different HR Services products and Processes,
- Supports continuous improvement of HR processes in close alignment with CoCs and Global Process Coordinators
- Is proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects.
Professional competencies
- Professional experience, especially in the field of Learning & Development, but also in other areas of HR Services,
- Knowledge of Learning Administration and other HR Processes,
- Knowledge and previous experience of working with Learning Management System, preferably SAP SuccessFactors,
- Language combination: English + German on fluent level (B2+),
- Knowledge and previous experience of working with HR / HCM systems, preferably different modules of SAP SuccessFactors (beneficial),
- Experience in the Pharma Industry (beneficial).
