ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

It's up to 24 months, fast-track managerial programme that's geared specifically for high-potential Individuals.

Our Finance Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Finance departmentsof Corporate Finance, Statutory Finance, Commercial Finance work together to achieve outstanding business results.

As a Global Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various positions and lay the foundation for a successful and internationally oriented career.

• Accountability from day one through self - driven projects
• Rotations within finance function including 2-weeks shadowing in Field Force – you'll gain insights about the work of BAT Representative
• Possible international assignment based on your performance and business needs

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics or similar
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Passion for Finance and a general knowledge of its core functions
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed
• National and/or international mobility
• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken); Polish – nice to have
