Your responsibilities

• You take customer enquiries by phone, email, chat or via our social media channels and process them independently
• You advise our customers on their questions about orders and products
• You work closely with our Logistics, Marketing and Purchasing departments

Our requirements

• Written and spoken German (C1)
• Service-oriented, independent working style and good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
