Here’s what we’re looking for:

Must have:

• Experience and knowledge in working with social media algorithms: YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Proven experience in managing video content production as a project manager/producer
• Experience in working with external video agencies to oversee recordings and manage post-production
• Strategic and conceptual creativity
• English at C1 level
• Warsaw-based (the person will oversee the production and needs to be available to visit the studio whenever needed)

Nice to have:

• Passion for tech - We’re a software compnay specializing in Next.js. Any related experience and know-how of the industry is a plus!
• Video editing skills - You’ll work with contractors in terms of recording and postproduction, but video editing and post production skills can come in handy
• Content and social media experience - You will be responsible for video distribution on our channels. We have in-house copywriters to help, but the more ownership you can take, the better
• Experience working for start-ups and small companies - Our marketing team is growing, but a hands-on attitude and agile approach to projects is always a must!
