Resposibilities:

• Ensure the correct operation of application and compliance with security standards
• Provide system-related technical support and problem resolution
• Identify improvement and optimizations opportunities
• Apply the obsolescence management plan recommendations
• Adapt the action plan for service continuity
• Communicate effectively with IT, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of IT development standards, methods and tools:
• OS - AIX/Linux/Windows,
• Oracle components - Database, Analytics Server, Data Integration, WebLogic,
• Middleware – IBM WebSphere and MQ,
• Orchestrator – BCM Control-M,
• Dev tools – SQL-PL/SQL, JavaIT Cloud
• Experience within project management/coordination/budget and vendor management in IT
• Awareness of IT quality and security standards, functional and technical architecture rules
• Knowledge of Fund Services, especially of Transfer Agency domain
• Familiarity with Multifonds would be an advantage
• Fluency in English as working language, French nice to have
