Project Manager (NGB portals)

ABOUT THIS TEAM

You’ll be a member of a team that is working on portals based on a few BOLD’s brands with one of the BOLD’s applications. We want you to help us to deliver the best experience to our users in new markets with new features.

Where in the structure you will be: Engineering & Product Team

With whom you will cooperate:

• Product Managers
• Infrastructure Team / DevOps
• Leads and Specialists of Backend Services
• Developers
• Treasury, Finance, Marketing, Support Teams

• Atlassian env (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Slack
• Lucidchart
• Miro
• MixPanel or similar

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate projects to prepare existing or completely new portals and product instances for a new country/market entrance.
• Coordinate projects with the backend team for the new app functionalities.
• Coordinate integrations of functionalities between BOLD applications.
• Getting stakeholders aligned with the common goal and timeline of the project.
• Endpoint management - keep an eye on a specific list of backend endpoints that are used by the application so everything always works and is up to date.
• Identifying the causes and guiding the right people super fast to solve the connections between endpoints and the application problem if they exist.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Around 1 year of project management experience in IT industry.
• Project experience in multicultural environments.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Ability to build strong communication bridges between people with different backgrounds and mindsets - you have to be an excellent team player.
• Strong focus on the end goal.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
• Project and change management skills proven by well-known certificates.

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

• Background in software development as an Engineer.

• Salary range: 8 000 - 9 750 PLN gross (Employment agreement / Umowa o Pracę) or 9 600 - 11 700 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract)
