👉 Senior Marketing Automation Specialist at BOLD

📍Remote (Poland)


We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Email Marketing Team at BOLD. We're on a quest to find a proactive individual to lead new projects, optimize our marketing automation campaigns, and implement new ideas to boost customer engagement globally. We are looking for someone with good presentation skills and a solid understanding of the business, ready to contribute and represent our team company-wide. Responsibilities include refining existing workflows, creating new campaigns, and using data insights for optimization. This role offers many opportunities for professional growth, with access to resources and mentorship to develop expertise in marketing automation tools and analytics. ABOUT THIS TEAM


The Marketing Automation Team is a multi-skilled and dedicated group with a primary focus on marketing automation and email marketing. We craft highly effective marketing campaigns using state-of-the-art strategies and tools. Our reach extends worldwide, and we create marketing automation strategies for over a dozen countries. We are committed to helping job seekers across professions and career stages to seize opportunities and succeed professionally.

  • We have daily team meetings.
  • Our point of reference is the Company Roadmap, JIRA, and our team and individual OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks), which we plan every quarter.
  • We have regular meetings with the team leader where we talk about progress, plans, and development opportunities - this is the time for you!
  • Every 6 months, during the performance review, we discuss the two previous quarters. We have the opportunity to evaluate not only our work but also the work of our leader.


Technologies/tools we use

  • Iterable/Blueshift/Customer.io for marketing automation
  • Microstrategy, Mixpanel, Sisense, Google Analytics for reporting
  • Google Postmaster, Message Bird for deliverability monitoring
  • Work management and communication: Jira, Slack, Zoom, Google Workplace


You will learn how to:

  • Manage projects at the highest professional standards, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize the CVR of your automated journeys.
  • Master A/B testing process - we are conducting dozens of tests simultaneously.
  • Working on multiple brands and marketing automation projects - every team member has their own portfolio.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead marketing automation projects starting from strategy planning, execution, data analysis and reporting, and results presentation.
  • Optimize existing marketing automation campaigns.
  • Implement new, international marketing automation programs and campaigns.
  • Introduce new channels and touchpoints to communicate with customers.
  • Execute and develop our newsletters.
  • Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Proactively benchmark competitors as well as best-of-breed SaaS industry email campaigns.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing and 1.5 years in marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and its best practices.
  • Strong grasp of business concepts and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent presentation skills, particularly when representing the Team company-wide. 
  • Track record of projects with the use of marketing automation and e-mail marketing.
  • Self-driven approach, high autonomy in assigned tasks, goal orientation.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Customer instinct.
  • Accuracy and a great eye for detail. 
  • Strong research skills.
  • Basic understanding of email technical issues.
  • Prioritize, plan work activities, use time efficiently, and monitor your own work to ensure quality.
  • Manage competing demands and changes in the work environment.


WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience with a B2C subscription business/product.
  • Experience with Iterable
  • Experience with B2C SaaS marketing.
  • Experience with Sisense or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with eData or other deliverability management tools.
  • International projects.
  • HTML and CSS knowledge.
  • Experience with mobile push.
  • Experience with social media marketing.
