We are looking for an experienced Account Specialist to help us build lasting relationships with our partners and drive performance improvements across the Bolt Food organization and beyond.

About the role

As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our business and developing, and supporting the growth of our partner restaurants in the designated area. As an Account Specialist, you will have a clear understanding of our key business goals and actively support our partners to generate long-term value for our partners on the platform. In addition, you also have to be a strong team player and willing to do things outside of the day-to-day work activities - supporting local execution of our global projects through collaboration with the Account Management team in managing business priorities.


Your daily adventures will include:

  • Proactive communication with partners in your region by telephone and by internal messaging to assist with the development of the business, also available for market in-person visits to your designated portfolio(up to 50% of the time)
  • Responsible for a portfolio of partners where you are the first point of contact, answering questions and following up when needed, also responsible for evaluating local market characteristics, competition, trends, and drivers, monitoring and supporting progress toward their business objectives
  • Analyze market-specific behavior to gain insights and support the team in improving customer experience
  • Support the execution of our commercial strategy, and solve daily commercial and operational challenges
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Operations team to smoothly activate all restaurants
  • Negotiate restaurant contract conditions such as commission rates and campaign plans
  • Manage and organize eater-facing campaigns ensuring that all processes are in place at the city level to maximize campaign performance
  • Work with cross-functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Partner Operations, Customer Service, Courier Operations)


About you:

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Operations or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, business consultancy, business development, sales, customer support
  • Excellent communication & written skills in English and Polish.
  • Affinity or experience within e-commerce, HoReCa and/or food tech are considered a plus
  • Proven track record of client success and consistently achieving metrics and revenue targets
  • Good analytical skills. Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making..
  • Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Be passionate about new technologies and food tech..
  • You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress.
  • Ability to influence partners over the phone to implement suggestions You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds..
