Job Description
Tasks:
- Coordinator between the governance and user departments (Foreign Trade, export control and sanctioned party screening, SPL) and central SAP S4 Rollout Team, e.g. IT, process owners and managers
- Ensuring and documenting correct implementation of global Governance requirements (Foreign Trade, export control and sanctioned party screening, SPL) towards SAP S4 processes and master data
- Leading export control process automation initiatives and increasing process efficiencies within the global foreign trade organization
- Coordination of tests, trainings, migration and go-live preparation including post go-live support and defect resolution/process adjustment/ improvement
- Leading & coordinating the deploy of solutions within GTS and its interfaces towards SAP S4
Qualifications
Profile:
- University Degree/ BE/CA/CMA/BE/ Master Diploma in Business, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, IT or a similar domain
- 8-10 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of SAP S4 and GTS with its integration into SD/MM/FI – minimum 5 years
- Process management experience (e.g. Logistic and supply chain processes) and IT know-how; wide process understanding (E2E process thinking)
- Experience with go-live rollouts
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade, Export control and Customs law helpful
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), German would be a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliable
- Target oriented, well organized, willingness to take user perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in details
- Willingness to travel
