Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
- taking care of client’s requests, building long lasting relationship with the client – mainly from Poland
- recommending new solutions to the client
- digital marketing/e-commerce project management and delivery
- team management (in the future)
- tracking, analyzing and optimization of Client’s product presence in cooperation with media performance specialists
- projects’ budget management, preparing cost estimations
What you’ll need to succeed:
Required:
- min. 3+ years of experience in client service area
- great client service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- experience with conducting e-commerce/digital marketing projects for the Client – nice to have
- working knowledge about preparing cost estimations, setting up a project timeline, delivering deadlines
- understanding of traffic building, paid media, media metrics and performance
- knowledge of path-to-purchase and convertion optimization
- communicative English, native Polish

- Experience with corporate clients
- Digital or E-commerce agency background
- Experience with Clients from healthcare area
