About the role:

We are actively seeking skilled candidates to fill the role of Project Manager within our Finance Operations department. This pivotal position will spearhead enterprise-level projects focusing on the implementation of a new ERP system and other finance related tools, crucial for our organization's digital transformation. 

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

• Lead projects driving digital transformation in finance, specifically focusing on ERP system implementation and improvement
• Manage IT projects and assets connected with ERP implementation to ensure seamless integration and top performance
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports to align them with organizational goals
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and address potential project hurdles
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, including third-party engagements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and end-users, to understand project requirements and ensure success
• Train end-users on new functionalities, processes, and systems for smooth adoption and maximum utilization
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration for integrating systems across the organization

What you’ll need to succeed:

Required:

• Min. 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on ERP system implementations, preferably in services industry
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting
• Expertise in ERP implementation, system replacement and business processes
• Familiarity with different ERP systems, preferably Maconomy
• Excellent communication bridging technical and business teams
• Proficiency in English and Polish for internal communications and documentation
• Self-motivation and adaptability to new challenges 
• Knowledge of project management tools like SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

Desired:

• SQL expertise
• Experience with change management and training initiatives
