BNG acts as international hubs for many clients (Coty, Bayer, Lindt, P&G), in its portfolio it has over 20 large clients who have entrusted it with regular service. BNG’s activities include customers operating in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be revolving around three key areas:


1) Clients


· Building strong collaboration and partnership with Client stakeholders assigned to your projects (global FMCG company, Sweets & Snacking category)

· Becoming an expert and main point of Client contact in projects you manage

2) Projects


  • Leading innovative e-commerce projects, developing global e-commerce strategies, creating comprehensive e-commerce toolkits, and e-commerce consumer research
  • Interacting with strategy and creative teams to ensure client’s requests are clearly communicated and on task
  • Creating and maintaining project calendars to keep client’s projects on schedule for completion and release
  • Becoming quality safeguard and the Client’s advocate within the agency


3) Budgets


  • Preparing cost estimations, monitoring projects budgets
  • Keeping the fiscal discipline of the projects assigned to you


What you’ll need to succeed:


Required:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in the Client Service and Project Management areas
  • Experience in an agency environment (digital, E-commerce, marketing…)
  • “Client first” approach
  • Experience in waterfall project management and interacting with internal and external teams
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to understand and learn more – this position will have a unique responsibility of working hand in hand with our strategy team to create innovative ecommerce tests and research. You will be responsible for becoming the ‘internal Client’ – giving your feedback, building to the research and approving the results before sharing with the Client.
  • Focus on results and know the value of reliability
  • Stress resilience and a knack for problem solving
