Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:


  • Craft global and local digital (and dCommerce) strategies for the world’s leading brands
  • Be a master story-teller and provide actionable, goal-oriented, and realistic recommendations in a clear, compelling, and esthetic manner
  • Present your findings and strategic recommendations in front of the client and internally in a persuasive way
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients based on solid expertise and can-do attitude
  • Support and lead development of the department’s offering
  • Distill wealth of information into simple and compelling plans/presentations
  • Maintain a clear understanding of client deliverables and their business/communication objectives to create and lead business proposal prep based on these
  • Coach and mentor junior team members


What you’ll need to succeed:


Required:

  • Experience in creating and executing strategies in the fields of digital and communication
  • Min. 3-5 years of work experience in a strategy role, strongly desired agency experience
  • Proficiency in English (min. C1)
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative
  • Keen analytical eye, with a proven ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data and develop insights and recommendations
  • Strong understanding of brand and communication related topics
  • Strong command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Be a quality-oriented team-player
  • Passion for E-commerce and Digital :)


Desired:

  • eCommerce experience and ability of understanding end-to-end brand ecosystem (including bottom of the funnel)
