INSIGHTS24, a fast-growing and fun-to-work division of BRAND24 is increasing its capacity and is looking for new players to join the team!

Junior Data Analyst will analyze business data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to propel our company to new heights. This role involves working closely with various departments, ensuring that data-driven decisions shape our strategies and operations.

Essentials:

• Location: Wrocław / remotely
• Start: ASAP
• Team size: 3 Analysts + 1 Sales
• Half-time job with the opportunity for Full Time
• Flexible working hours
• Civil contract

Things you’ll do:

• Gather, process, and clean data from diverse sources to prepare it for analysis
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
• Assist in designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems
• Produce clear, well-organized reports and visualizations for clients
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends related to data analysis and analytics

Things you’ll need:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of data structures and formats (e.g., JSON, CSV)
• Good English skills (B2 or higher)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Learning and adaptation skills – our product is rather simple, but you do need to learn it inside out
• Confidence; engagement; self-motivation; ‘work smarter, not harder’ attitude
