💡 Your responsibilities;

• Project Management: Lead and oversee end-to-end technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive work environment
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, aligning them with organizational goals and technological objectives
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges by implementing proactive measures to mitigate and resolve issues as they arise as well as knowledge of change management principles by proposing the recommended solutions
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns

✅ Your profile:

• Minimum 5-years’ experience in leading technology projects in VS structure, with a successful track record of on-time and on-budget delivery
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering)
• Strong understanding of project and lean management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders in Polish and English.
