You will:

• Create and implement online advertising campaigns.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day management and modification of the campaign to increase its effectiveness.
• Analyze and prepare reports for the purpose of optimizing activities.
• Design and implement marketing automation and lead management in Hubspot.
• Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers.
• Ensure the quality of the tasks performed.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in running online campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X).
• Knowledge of e-marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Google Tag Manager.
• Basic experience and knowledge of Hubspot.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• The ability to draw conclusions and build recommendations based on data analysis.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in the English language (C1 level).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for community engagement.
• Willingness to travel to Wrocław once per month for 1-2 days (travel costs covered).

Nice to have:

• Experience in conducting Performance Marketing for a software house or a technology company.
• Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
• Familiarity with data presentation tools such as Looker Studio Overview.
