YOUR TASKS

You’ll become a part of our O2C department and provide help with its daily tasks, such as:

  • Coding and clearing deductions
  • Researching dispute and deductions validity and providing proof to support collection efforts
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Identifying root cause of frequently occurring deductions and disputes
  • Negotiating, implementing and documenting payment solutions with customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Italian languages (C1 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in O2C department
  • Problem solving skills and good attention to details
  • Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Bachelor degree or a student status

YOUR DEVELOPMENT PATH

You will start your career from the onboarding plan, where you’ll grab the basics.
