We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role requires proficiency in both English and Polish, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, supporting staff with administrative tasks
- Maintain office and digital documentation according to standards
- Coordinate correspondence and document circulation
- Manage reception area and office supplies
- Assist with internal events and meetings
- Coordinate business travel arrangements
- Support vendor management and building administration
- Coordinate office events for team integration
- Handle document production, printing, and scanning together with HR Team
- Process administration invoices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in office administration or receptionist roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office/Gsuite applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
