Global ICRM role.
Serves as a compliance risk officer for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal Anti-bribery and Corruption (AB&C) Program strategies, policies, procedures, and processes, to prevent violations of Citi Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy and relevant laws and regulation and design and deliver AB&C risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protects the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM product and function coverage teams, to partner in developing and applying CRM program solutions that meet business and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, delivers, and maintains a best-in-class Anti-Bribery and Corruption program, including policies and practices.
- Proactively identifies bribery and corruption risks in business and functional activities, conducting due diligence on high-risk transactions, new products, and activities.
- Conducts horizon scanning for internal and external risks and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and address emerging bribery and corruption risks.
- Assists in periodic bribery and corruption risk assessments of Citi's products and workflows, providing recommendations and advising on reputational and regulatory risks.
- Builds relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance on bribery and corruption risks and delivering relevant training.
- Oversees the AB&C program by analyzing metrics, advising on country-specific metrics, driving remediation, acting as a subject matter expert, and managing AB&C projects.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in management of AB&C risks and compliance in international financial institution, Law firm or consulting firm
- Detailed knowledge of AB&C laws, regulations, regulatory expectations relevant to AB&C, including U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") and UK Bribery Act ("UKBA")
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (law or accounting preferred).
- Independent, self-starting, flexible, innovative, adaptive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Advanced analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
