LOCATION: Gliwice (in a brand new office located at Kaczyniec street 9), hybrid: up to 2 days per week in the office.

If so, join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a vital role in our sales success!

In this role, you'll be a hunter, a collaborator, and a strategic thinker, responsible for:

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop a robust pipeline that fuels our sales engine.
  • Relationship Champion: Build strong connections with potential clients, becoming their trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs.
  • Solution Architect: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts that deliver customized solutions.
  • Sales Process Master: Manage the entire sales cycle in partnership with marketing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities to improve processes. Stay abreast of industry trends and SaaS advancements.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide valuable updates to leadership on market conditions, competitor landscape, and sales performance.

To thrive in this role, you'll ideally possess:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a B2B IT sales environment, preferably with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and software development processes (a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate diverse personalities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for using data to inform strategies.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages a plus).
