We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership to join our experienced sales team which contains Pre-sales Specialists, Business Development Managers, and CRM Manager. The team operates with a process approach, and we value constant improvement, so your ideas for that are more than welcome! Last but not least, after work we often hit some interesting spots in Cracow together to build bonds.


Location: Kraków (hybrid model is possible)

Responsibilities:


  • Conducting pre-sales campaigns - focused on the goal of discovering new business opportunities by conducting lead generation
  • Market research - building a high-quality prospect base
  • Lead qualification - to identify potential clients and move them further into the sales process (set up calls/ meetings for our BDMs)
  • Social selling - searching and establishing first contact with potential customers using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other features
  • Working with sales outreach-related platforms/tools
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing during events, ad campaigns, or other lead-generation activities


Requirements:


  • Min. 2 years of sales experience in an IT company with a lead generation and procurement process with corporate clients (RFP service) - proven success track record
  • Experience with sales, market research, social selling (B2B market)
  • Copywriting skills (cold emails)
  • Interest in IT technologies
  • English and Polish at B2/C1 level
  • Experience working with CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
