About the role

Based in our Krakow city-center headquarters, the Sales Executive will focus on Sales Qualified Leads provided by BDRs and SDRs (plus other sources, including lead generation on business conferences)
The main goal of this role is to close the new business and keep the relationship with the newly acquired customers to grow their accounts (upsell), and increase the LTV (long-term contracts and renewals)
Key Responsibilities
- Closing incoming leads from BDRs and SDRs, existing database, events and other sources
- Prospecting for new customers when no incoming leads are available
- Multichannel approach: video calls, phone calls, emails, chats etc.
- Responsibility for generating sales for Voluum Tracker
- Managing the sales pipeline in order to provide new business, upsell, long-term deals, and renewal of the existing contracts
- Occasional participation in international events (approx 2-4 per year, worldwide)
- Close cooperation with the other commercial and product teams, especially Account Managers
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Min 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Experience in SaaS model
- A strong sense of independence, ownership and initiative
- A basic understanding of Internet marketing
- Capable of working in a lean and informal way to get deliver insights quickly
- Understanding of AdTech industry will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication / interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) - C2 or native
- Team player
- Positive, “can-do” attitude
- Hard-working approach and the availability to work under pressure (sales quota)
- Another language (Russian, German, Spanish, etc) is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of using a CRM (Hubspot would be great)

Your compensation
Apart from your base salary, you will receive cash bonuses & share options.

The bonus will vary based on your seniority level, as well as on your own, your team’s & Codewise’s performance.
