Consumer Activation Team through both Search (Organic and Paid) and Social Media (ads, organic posts and Ambassadors) generates online sales and sample requests, growing both Consumers and Healthcare Professionals database. Team works worldwide with ~30 markets, having more than 20 specialists spread across few locations in Poland and Denmark. We report to HQ based in Denmark and are a part of the Marketing & Services department. Here you will partner to digital marketeers with whom you’ll secure launching pipeline and keeping momentum on existing brands.


Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop people, keep them engaged,
  • Drive a test & learn culture within the Team,
  • Lead paid media strategy, budget, performance and execution across Coloplast Subsidiaries and secure media budget is invested to drive business impact,
  • Set direction for how to optimize value creation and create new value within the area of expertise,
  • Regularly provide actionable insights based on the data analysis and in the context of ongoing paid activities,
  • Support standardization and automation agenda,
  • Contribute to team’s governance development and secure its execution,
  • Nail project management towards multiple stakeholders, run regular communication with those,
  • Boost digital marketing knowledge within Organization.


Our requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing for at least 5 years (operating hands-on in ad platforms is a plus),
  • Experience in people management for at least 3 years,
  • Strong analytical skills, data and business understanding, ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and conclusions,
  • Very good communication skills in English,
  • Very strong project management skills,
  • Team player.
