We are looking for English speaking candidates who have a passion for sales and providing great customer service.

What is important in your job:

• Provide remarkable customer engagement experiences.
• In the conversations with customers and/or prospects you will promote smart and the services that smart provides.
• You will identify purchase options to support vehicle and related services sales.
• Support customers to purchase a vehicle or related services on the e-commerce platform.
• Having a year of sales experience is nice to have.
• And, of course we have set KPI’s so that we can show our excellent service as a team.

Work- and training hours:

• Our Customer Engagement Center is open from Monday till Sunday from 9.00 AM to 9.00PM.
• You’ll work flexible shifts.
• The training will be approximately 3 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM.
