Your responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new clients within theadhesives and sealants industry, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits of oursolutions.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to clients throughout the sales process.
- Monitor the market and identify trends and growth opportunities within the adhesives and sealants industry.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry conferences.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- High-level Knowledge of the English Language, Italian is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within the adhesives and sealants industry.
- Technical knowledge of products and the ability to effectively communicate technical benefits to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and participate in industry events.
- Experience in the appliances and automotive sectors would be a plus.
