Sales Engineer

for the company MD Poland Sp. z o.o. (Mascherpa Group), a leading company in the adhesives and sealants industry, committed to offering innovative and high-quality solutions for various industrial applications.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join dynamic team and support company growth inthe Katowice and Kraków areas.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new clients within theadhesives and sealants industry, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits of oursolutions.
  • Provide technical support and consultancy to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor the market and identify trends and growth opportunities within the adhesives and sealants industry.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry conferences.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • High-level Knowledge of the English Language, Italian is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within the adhesives and sealants industry.
  • Technical knowledge of products and the ability to effectively communicate technical benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in industry events.
  • Experience in the appliances and automotive sectors would be a plus.
