For our client, international company located in Germany: Düsseldorf, we are looking for people for the position of Customer Service Specialist.

Tasks:

• taking care of relations with clients
• communicating with clients via telephone and email, answering questions, resolving issues
• finding solutions to problems and escalating unresolved issues
• sending or reviewing emails
• collecting information to have a call with client: reviewing and researching existing/ new contracts
• work in accordance with processes and procedures
• work with database, entering/updating data into system
• ensuring that contract documents are issued correctly
• occasionally: attendance at client meetings, participate in trainings of new employees

Expectations:

• German as C2 level or native language
• English B2 level
• experience in customer service, office work, data entry, quality control
• being a good communicator: by phone, email
• good knowledge of computer (MS Office)
• skills of time management
• confidence, feeling good talking to people :)
