Responsibilities:
- Responding to all customer service requirements, agreed telephone service;
- To aim to resolve all queries on a first call resolution basis;
- Ability to interact with customers on a personal level;
- Communicate clearly and effectively during all calls;
- Document all calls thoroughly and correctly.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of min. B2;
- Experience in customer service area or in corporate environment will be an asset;
- Good computer skills;
- High communication skills, flexibility;
- Responsibility and ability to organize time;
