Opis stanowiska

Currently, we are conducting recruitment processes for an international cybersecurity company that helps their business clients to obtain certificates related to non-cash payments.


Agent with Spanish


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all customer service requirements, agreed telephone service;
  • To aim to resolve all queries on a first call resolution basis;
  • Ability to interact with customers on a personal level;
  • Communicate clearly and effectively during all calls;
  • Document all calls thoroughly and correctly.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of min. B2;
  • Experience in customer service area or in corporate environment will be an asset;
  • Good computer skills;
  • High communication skills, flexibility;
  • Responsibility and ability to organize time;
