PPC Consultant

Creative Heads is a full-service marketing agency that offers services in digital marketing, websites, advertising, film, photography, podcasting, animation, etc. We are a fast-growing company and have taken a solid position as an agency in Romerike, Norway. The position will be part of our Performance department, and you will work closely with our advisers, project managers, and other consultants within ads, SoMe, SEO, and content.

As part of our Performance team, you will be responsible for running digital advertising such as: Google Ads and SoMe ads for our customers and ourselves. You will be involved in sales processes and the further development of customer relations, as well as the development of digital advertising as a delivery area. You will be responsible for achieving the desired goals and report on results.

We are looking for someone:

• Who has at least 3 years of experience in setting up and operating paid advertising; Google Ads, Bing Ads and SoMe ads.
• Is passionate about digital advertising and takes responsibility for your own learning to keep you up-to-date on changes and developments in your field of expertise
• Has good analytical skills and can assess and present data and results in an understandable way
• Dare to speak your mind, is comfortable speaking in front of others and is contributor to the team
• Who enjoys a busy workday and finds it exciting to be able to work with many different customers in many different industries
• Who will be able to create ads in Norwegian as 95%+ customers are based and operate in Norway

What you’ll do:

• Responsibility for delivery within paid advertising with the setup and operation of campaigns; Google Ads, Bing Ads, SoMe ads.
• Assist in customer meetings and sales processes with preparation of campaign strategy and estimates for new customers
• Attend workshops, internal meetings, and case studies
• Analyze and report on campaign results, as well as further develop campaign strategy for existing customers
• Ensure high quality and deliver good results in our deliveries
• Be able to assist with the training of customers or internal resources within your field of expertise if necessary
• Ensure that we are always professionally up-to-date
