Hello There!
We are Curiosum, a Poznań, Poland-based company that develops software for various businesses, including video games, e-learning, smart insurance, and compliance management platforms. We work within the international community, with clients from the Netherlands, France, the USA, the UK, and many more.
Your Role:
Curiosum is launching an exciting new venture by creating a dedicated design department. We're looking for a brilliant Head of Design to spearhead this initiative and elevate our service offerings for both current and new clients.
This role is tailor-made for someone who lives and breathes design and is ready to take the reins on some groundbreaking projects.
First up, you'll be diving into a complete redesign of our website. This is your canvas to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking, crafting a digital experience that's nothing short of amazing.
You will also promote our new design services through various channels. Part of this, from time to time, will involve writing articles, conducting webinars, and organizing meetups.
Once the website is a masterpiece, you'll shift gears to oversee the design aspects of all our new projects. Your role will include representing Curiosum as an expert in design during meetings with clients, designing and ensuring our design standards are consistently top-notch. If things go well within a year or two, we foresee the need for an entire design team under your leadership.
We need someone who's a DESIGNER FIRST and a leader second – a true expert with extensive experience and deep knowledge of the design world. Your mission will be to perfect our company's products and services, making a real impact on everything we do.
