Job specification:
Source new business opportunities across allocated markets
Analyze the market's potential, research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Research and prospect new business by phone, e-mail, and using other available tools
Build and develop prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Managers for further development and closure
Reports database and prospecting activities into the CRM system
Cooperate closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Technical teams
Requirements:
At least 1 year of business development experience in IT sector
Proven experience in prospecting new clients and developing new business on local and international markets
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude
Ability to regularly meet set targets.
Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Confidence and determination in the goal realization
