Opis stanowiska

Hi there, it's Klaudia speaking - a Marketing Manager at deepsense.ai. We're kicking off the establishment of our marketing team. Since you'll be the second person on board, I need someone with substantial experience and a broad perspective on B2B marketing, but coming from an analytics and performance background, who can help me lay the groundwork for our growth campaigns.


You can expect strategic, business, copywriting, and content support from my end. In return, I need someone who will research, analyze, and draw conclusions with me based on data, and implement campaigns, but also will be open to other tasks, such as coordinating small projects. If you view marketing through the lens of numbers, conversions, and Excel, but also have an understanding of the world of technology and B2B services, want to broaden your horizons in marketing and business, have a significant impact on your own development as well as the team's, then this will be an excellent place for you to grow.


Important! I know that the role is broad, so it's nearly impossible to find someone who fits in 100%. Therefore, don't hesitate to apply anyway. If you have 80% of what we need, that's perfectly fine too!


Where are we in marketing?

  • we’re starting campaigns from scratch, so there’s a lot of research, strategy, and analytics ahead of us,
  • in the campaigns, you’ll have 100% influence on their shape, and I’ll be open to your recommendations,
  • some tasks we’ll delegate, some we’ll handle ourselves – depending on which channels are your natural environment and which ones require support,
  • we’ll be doing a lot of testing, and experimenting, all within a planned and strategic environment,
  • we work in a scrum/agile/lean manner, so we’ll flexibly divide tasks, but with visibility and real prioritization and planning,
  • I will need your support in managing processes around the web and social media (without you delving into copywriting or graphic design), as well as coordinating other marketing subprojects,
  • with time, your role will surely evolve – where it goes depends on us and subsequent recruitments, so you’ll have a real impact on building the team,
  • it definitely won’t be monotonous, dull, or sad – we work as partners, flexibly, in a good atmosphere (though it can be dry at times, I admit).


Responsibilities:

  • researching competitors, and keywords (SEO, paid campaigns),
  • analyzing data and drawing conclusions from them, as well as creating reports and recommendations based on them,
  • supporting in creating marketing strategies (with a focus on performance),
  • setting the direction for SEO and paid campaigns (Google and social media),
  • managing paid campaigns, and collaborating with agencies, designers, and experts,
  • responsibility for managing budgets in foreign markets (USA, Europe),
  • thinking outside the box, devising and testing new strategies for different channels – if nobody’s doing something? We’ll give it a shot,
  • conducting A/B tests of campaigns or pages to improve CTRs and conversion rates,
  • coordinating other marketing projects.


You must have:

  • minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years of experience in B2B professional services, preferably in the technology industry,
  • experience in analyzing actions using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X, Hotjar, Semrush, Senuto,
  • experience in creating strategies and implementing paid campaigns on Google and social media, especially in foreign markets,
  • ability to analyze and optimize paid campaigns, as well as verify the work of agencies or external specialists in this area,
  • proficiency in using spreadsheets and performing operations in them. Ability to manage own tasks and coordinate the work of others,
  • detail-oriented, punctual, articulate, and committed,
  • ability to give and receive qualitative feedback,
  • goal-oriented, with a focus on finding the best way to complete tasks,
  • positive attitude and a deep understanding of groaners and memes,
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level.


Nice-to-haves:

  • experience working in scrum/agile,
  • familiarity with AI and the world of technology – or a sincere willingness to delve into this topic.
