Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 1 -year experience of working in an international environment;
• Experience in supporting change and transformation projects, and/or software implementations and/or expertise in Legal Operations and/or contract transformation projects would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office and expertise in the analysis and presentation of data;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Focus on problem-solving and finding solutions;
• A graduate of a faculty such as business, law, international law, economics or other relevant faculty would be an advantage;
• Willingness to learn about various tools available to legal departments/contracting teams and an interest in using technology to solve client challenges;
• Willingness to speak up, express their opinions, provide new ideas and thinking to the client challenge;
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with the proven ability to maintain professional standards despite challenging deadlines;
• Professional manner and high level of personal accountability.

Your future role

• Learning core consulting capabilities and skills;
• Searching, analyzing, and reviewing information;
• Supporting the implementation of contract lifecycle management software;
• Supporting communication within project teams and with client stakeholders, maintaining and developing relationships at appropriate levels;
• Working with legal departments, procurement departments, IT, contracts teams and law firms.
