Expectations from the Role

• Good knowledge of Business Analysis
• You must hold Certificates (or at list be ready to obtain it quickly):
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce App Builder
• Good communication skills and proactivity
• Ability to drive clients with requirements and backlog creation.
