Industrial Engineer

For one of my Client from a global manufacturing company, we seek the best candidate interested in role an Industrial Engineer.

You will be in this role responsible for: Production process design: Layout, workflow-process definition (incl. Instruction Sheet/SWS creation), Manufacturing Line Set-up (incl. jig definition), FAR Process Management (Technology & process improvements) in line with PQVC requirements (Quality, Velocity, Costs), Pre-Serial (Protype)al manufacturing management in line with EHS requirements, Animation & Participation in improvement programs: Kaizen, SWIP (Single Week Improvement Plan), ISO especially in industrialization processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience as a process enginner or industrial engineer
• Higher education confirmed by a master's degree in technical science
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in international team
• Good communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Pre-Serial production phase:

• Production schedules, processes, specifications, and Customer related information Review.
• Production processes design (maximize efficiency and reduce waste).
• Developing design and production standards in cooperation with Management and Shopfloor (Plateau/Manufacturing Eng.-especially).
• Preparing Product Macro-processes and Flow Charts, Production Bill of Material (PBoM), cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
• Layout design.
• Designing and developing materials flow in relations to production line (layout).
• Creating of Process description; Instructions Sheets (STD Work)
• Prototype Manufacturing Management: First Assembly Review (FAR)
• Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
• Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
• Managing Method Time Evolution, based on periodical time analysis and working time check if necessary. Design & Engineering Deliverables Review & Validation.
• Industrial Quality Plan approval.
• Participation & Validation of Engineering & Production Change Process.
• Review of operations and tasks on working station. Continuous improvement process.
• Review of operations and tasks on working station. Final validation.

Serial production phase:

• Cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Continuous improvements of PQVC indicators.
• Return of Experience process management (jig especially)
• Participation & Validation of Engineering & Production Change Process and Investments related (jigs & tools, maintenance)
• Make or buy requirements for Sourcing
• Processes leadership in term improvement plan related with project/product

Project/product finishing phase:

• Database preparation for Project/Product Reference Library including information’s & comments of technology processes improvements.
