We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and enthusiastic Sales Director, who will work with our international sales team to increase growth and dvelopment of the French Market.
Requirements
- Passionate about sales, with a strong background in the B2B sales.
- Good managerial skills, coaching, motivating.
- A true deliver with drive for new ways of working.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to drive development in the country.
- Team player with an innovative mindset, ready to lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team.
- Fluent in both English, French will be a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Traveling for the purpose of organizing business opportunity meetings, business presentations, and other events.
- Identifying potential field leaders and nurturing their leadership skills.
- Using telephone calls and video meetings to conduct business presentations and workshops for businesses located farther away.
- Collaborating with the local team and reporting to the Head of Sales.
- Supporting the existing database in increasing their field sales volume.
- Hosting business opportunity training sessions for potential recruits and current team partners.
- Adapting and implementing client's proven working method in the field.
- Serving as a Client's Ambassador, both for their products and the business opportunities they offer.
