Your role:
The Head of Accounting oversees all activities within the Accounting Department, ensuring compliance with statutory and Group requirements in all accounting initiatives. This role focuses on managing relationships with Accounting SSCs and reports directly to the Finance Director.

What will we do together ?
• Managing the Accounting Department: motivation, training, recruitment, and selection of staff;
• Close collaboration with Accounting SSCs (Accenture) and DHL’s Accounting HUB in Hungary;
• Overseeing OTC/PTP/RTR processes in the company;
• Ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations;
• Participation in the implementation of Oracle OneCloud (planned go-live in 2025).
Who are we looking for?
• Experience in managing of accounting department (~5 years);
• University degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting regulations;
• Familiarity with Oracle accounting systems is an advantage.
