As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies. You will be part of a team of talented professionals, create compelling static and video content, and drive initiatives to foster meaningful interactions with our audience.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube.
• Assist the Team Leader in daily operations of the team through liaise with responsible departments for asset approvals and content creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media, and implement innovative approaches to achieve objectives.

General expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing social media channels for brands, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English is a must!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Napoleon Cat, Meta Business suite) is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.
• Experience with live streaming and comfortable being on camera.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive under pressure.
• Hybrid model of working: 3 days per week from the Warsaw office.
