Join our People and Culture team! As a Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will combine your understanding of HR and payroll processes with a strong analytical mindset. You’ll work confidently with data, draw meaningful insights, and navigate Excel with ease. This role also offers wide exposure to cross-functional collaboration and daily contact with employees - both Polish- and English-speaking — so strong communication skills are essential.

What will you do?

• Preparing and reviewing employee documentation — including processes related to hiring foreign employees
• Answering employee questions on labor law and internal HR policies
• Supporting time and attendance tracking using our dedicated system
• Creating regular and ad hoc HR and payroll reports
• Co-hosting onboarding sessions for new hires
• Coordinating and supporting our employee benefits offering
• Preparing payroll data and verifying payslips
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of HR documentation
• Collaborating with Finance and external partners

General expectations:

• Educational background or knowledge in HR/payroll; prior experience is a plus
• Interest in compensation, benefits, and Polish labor law
• Familiarity with Polish labor and social security regulations; deeper knowledge is a strong asset
• Good to strong Excel skills, with a desire to grow your analytical abilities
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with Enova is a plus
• English at B2 level or higher - we use it daily
