DoubleData, an innovative startup where Data Intelligence meets Pricing & Sales Strategies, is seeking a motivated and strategic Growth Specialist at Sales and Marketing to join our team.


In this role, you will blend expertise in marketing and sales to drive our lead generation and business development efforts. Your work will be crucial in crafting and executing strategies that enhance our market presence and foster business growth. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting (40%):
  • Develop and implement strategies for outbound sales prospecting, focusing on lead conversion.
  • Conduct high-quality research on ICP (ideal customer profiles) through LinkedIn and other platforms and Identify key decision-makers within these ICPs.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  1. Marketing Content Development (30%):
  • Plan and produce compelling content that aligns with our constantly improving USP and business objectives, including case studies, data-driven reports, and promo materials.
  • Create and edit materials such as presentations, articles, and memos to be used for external communications with potential clients during the sales process.
  • Explore alternative marketing initiatives / channels like SEO, conference participation, PR campaigns, social media presence etc.
  1. Market Research and Analysis (20%):
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to inform our strategies and refine our business development approaches.
  • Industry analysis and client search - efficient research for potential clients through online channels, market reports.
  • Client needs identification and analysis - conducting preliminary needs analysis with potential new clients.
  1. Campaign Management and Optimization (10%):
  • Oversee and optimize sales & marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximum ROI.
  • Support founders in achieving the company's strategic goals in sales by managing projects and executing sales & marketing initiatives.

  8. Self-starter Attitude: Ability to work independently and in a team.
  9. Education: Background in business, management, or a related field would be a plus.
  10. Experience with CRM Platforms and Prospecting Tools: Previous experience with CRM platforms, prospecting tools, marketing, and sales would be a plus.
