SEO Account Manager with fluent English

Join Elephate! We are seeking an experienced SEO specialist to lead projects and client communication at our boutique agency. As part of our team, you will have a real impact on the results of SEO and content marketing campaigns for top brands in the Polish and international markets.

Your tasks will include:

• creation + execution of SEO and/or content marketing strategies/audits focused on increasing organic traffic to the websites of our clients;
• designing information architectures targeting the right keywords for websites of various scales (from service businesses to large e-commerce), matching the search intent of users at all stages of the customer journey/marketing funnel;
• planning and optimizing various types of content (e.g., briefs, blog articles, e-commerce product and category descriptions, and industry reports) in cooperation with copywriters and graphic designers;
• acquisition of quality inbound links to clients' websites (on a small scale), e.g. through selective sponsored publications, link insertions, using media budgets for link building;
• working closely and proactively with the client's team as an account specialist for projects;
• constant analysis and ongoing reporting of campaign results;
• active participation in improving the agency's communication/PR strategy - creating and editing substantive articles for the company's blog or industry magazines (in English).

• you have min. 3 years of experience in a similar position (SEO specialist, SEO account manager, SEO executive, etc.);
• you know how to plan effective SEO and/or content marketing strategies for companies from different industries and sectors (from B2C e-commerce stores, B2B service companies to technology startups), and know how to appropriately tailor and create different types of content to achieve their goals;
• you can skillfully use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer, Looker Studio for your work;
• you can proactively coordinate work on the implementation of marketing campaigns, able to work with both IT departments on issues of execution of implementations from SEO audits, as well as with copywriters and graphic designers based on solid briefs;
• you are an open-minded and contactable person; you can build lasting and good relationships not only with clients but also with colleagues;
• you know English to the extent that you can communicate fluently and smoothly (at a minimum C1/C2 level or native proficiency).
